Windows 7, Temporary Profile, and chkdsk

Get to work and this is what I see.

"You have been logged on with a temporary profile. You cannot access your files and files created in this profile will be deleted when you log off. To fix this, log off and try logging on later. Please see the event log for details or contact your system administrator."

I use to see this problem in Windows Vista. Now its happened several times in Windows 7. Just another example that Windows 7 is Vista with new marking.

I need to do more research why this happens but the real aggravating part is that a chkdsk c: /F /R resulted in a 1 hour 45 minute scan of the drive. Talk about frustration. I arrive at work at 7:30 in the morning and can not start using my PC until 9:15 AM. Windows 7 a sophisticated modern operating system with all the bugs worked out? Yeah I don't think so....
